We built Differential because there's a gap between memorising medicine and practising it. Textbooks teach disease. Wards teach decisions. Most students don't get enough of the second one until it's already real.
Differential is a clinical reasoning simulator. You take a history, examine the patient, order the right investigations, weigh a differential, prescribe treatment, and live with the consequences — guided by a consultant who gives you honest feedback at the end. It's the rehearsal we wish we'd had.
Every choice has consequences. The vitals drift. Patients deteriorate.
Your weak specialties surface. The tutor meets you where you are.
Cases reviewed by doctors. Designed for medical students and junior doctors.
We will never replace a teacher, a patient, or a real ward round. We just want to give you somewhere safe to think hard, fail fast, and come back sharper.
